- 1/8 Cup Green Capsicum (Diced)
- 1/8 Cup Yellow Capsicum (Diced)
- 1/8 Cup Red Capsicum (Diced)
- 1/8 Cup Red Carrot (Diced)
- 1/8 Cup Onion (Diced)
- 1 Tbsp Sweet Corn (Boiled)
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 Tsp Vinegar, Distilled
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Butter, Salted
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
in a pan, melt butter, add diced onion, diced red capsicum, diced green capsicum, diced yellow capsicum, diced carrot and saute on a low flame
Step 2
Add boiled sweet corn, salt, black pepper powder and mix well
Step 3
Add water along with red chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar to spice it up
Step 4
Stir the soup, bring it to a boil and cook it for a min further
Step 5
Enjoy the hot bowl of soup with the goodness of veggies
