Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Boiled Mashed Potato
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Red Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Yellow Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 Tsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Tsp Grated Garlic
  • 1/8 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/8 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/8 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, and add mashed Potato, chopped yellow capsicum, ]chopped red capsicum, green chilli paste, grated garlic, salt, and cornflour, and mash all ingredients well

  • Step 2

    Take another bowl and add grated mozzarella cheese, red chilly flakes, and oregano and mix well

  • Step 3

    Take a small portion of potato mixture and gently flatten it onto your palm, add cheese mixture and fold it into a round ball and coat it with bread crumbs

  • Step 4

    Take a deep pan and heat oil for frying and deep fry the poppers until golden brown

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
