Ingredients

  • 100 Gm Chicken, Breast
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Mint (Pudina)
  • 2 Tbsp Curd
  • 1 Tsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 Tsp Dry Fenugreek (Kasuri Methi)
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

For Green Marination
  • Step 1

    In a blender, add chopped coriander leaves, chopped pudina, chopped green chilli and water

  • Step 2

    Blend all the ingredients into a chutney and keep aside

  • Step 3

    In a mixing bowl, take curd, garam masala powder, jeera powder, black pepper powder, salt, kasuri methi, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, besan and green marinade chutney and mix all the ingredients well

  • Step 4

    To this mixture, add chicken cubes and marinate well

  • Step 5

    Pierce skewers through the chicken and keep aside

  • Step 6

    In a griller, heat oil and grill the pieces from both sides

  • Step 7

    Serve hot
