  • 1/2 Cup Boiled Diced Potato
  • 1/2 Cup Curd
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 4 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • 1/8 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/8 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take a pan and heat oil, rai, jeera, green chilli paste, chopped garlic, chopped onion and sauté well

  • Step 2

    Add kadi patta, haldi, dhania powder, salt and mix well

  • Step 3

    Now add diced potato mix well and then add curd

  • Step 4

    Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
