  • 1/4 Cup Wheat Vermicelli
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Mango
  • 1 Cup Cow Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Pistachio (Pista)
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Almond
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Cashewnut
  • 1/8 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 1.5 Tbsp Ghee

Method

  • Step 1

    Prepare mango pulp from mango and keep aside

    In a Kadai, heat ghee, add vermicelli, chopped almonds, chopped cashew nuts, and chopped paste

  • Step 2

    Roast all ingredients well

  • Step 3

    Now, add cow milk and stir well

  • Step 4

    Then add sugar, elaichi powder, and mix well.

  • Step 5

    Allow the mixture to thicken, turn off the heat and allow it to cool

  • Step 6

    Now, add prepared Mango Pulp and mix well

  • Step 7

    Delicious Mango Vermicelli Kheer is ready to serve hot
