- 1/2 Cup Julienne Baby Corn
- 1 Tbsp Boiled Peas
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 3 Tbsp Chopped Green Capsicum
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Yellow Capsicum
- 1 Tsp Chopped Fenugreek (Methi)
- 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 No. Cloves
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
Heat oil in a pan, add lavang, green chillies, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and saute
Add chopped green capsicum, boiled peas, baby corn and mix well
Add salt, chopped methi leaves and allow it to simmer
Now add haldi, red chilli powder, amchur, garam masala, chopped yellow capsicum and coriander leaves
Mix well and serve hot with rotis or parathas
