Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/4 Cup Soya Granules
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak soya granules in hot water for 20 minutes

  • Step 2

    Make puree from tomato

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, add oil, jeera, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and saute it well

  • Step 2

    Add haldi, dhania powder, jeera powder, red chilly powder, garam masala and mix it well

  • Step 3

    Add soya granules and mix well

  • Step 4

    Add tomato puree, salt, chopped

  • Step 5

    coriander leaves and mix well

  • Step 6

    Let it simmer and serve it hot
