- 1/4 Cup Chopped Tomato
- 2 Tsp Begal Gram Flour (Besan)
- 4 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/8 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Make puree out of chopped tomato
Step 2
Mix besan with water
Preparation
Step 1
In a heated pan add oil, rai, hing, kadi patta, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and tomato puree
Step 2
Mix all ingredients well and saute for 2 min
Step 3
Add besan mixture, water, salt and red chilly powder. Mix it well and allow it to simmer for 5 min
Step 4
Tasty tomato kadhi is ready to serve hot
