  • 1 Tbsp Peas (Boiled)
  • 1 Tbsp Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Mint (Pudina) Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Cream
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat butter in a pan till it melts, add chopped garlic, onions and saute well

  • Step 2

    Then add boiled peas, vinegar, salt, black pepper powder, mint leaves and water to adjust the consistency

  • Step 3

    Cover with a lid and bring to boil, add cream to the soup, mix well and boil again

  • Step 4

    Allow to simmer and serve with bread sticks or croutons
