Ingredients
- 1/8 Cup Soya Chunks
- 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tsp Chopped Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Soak soya chunks
Step 2
Take corn flour add water and make slurry
For Gravy
Step 1
Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli and saute well
Step 2
To that add chopped onion and saute till they turn translucent
Step 3
Then add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper powder, mix well and add corn flour mixture
Step 4
When the mixture begins to thicken, and water and mix again
Step 5
Add chopped spring onion and mix again
Step 6
Add the cooked soya chunks and mix well
Step 7
Serve hot with fried rice
