Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Green Capsicum
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, take chopped cabbage, chopped capsicum, ginger garlic paste, salt, corn flour, soya sauce, vinegar and black till as a healthy nutritional twist

  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients well and make small balls out of it

  • Step 3

    Heat a kadhai and add oil for deep frying

  • Step 4

    Once the oil turns hot, slowly drop the prepared manchurian balls into it

  • Step 5

    Fry them till they turn golden brown and crispy

  • Step 6

    Serve with manchurian sauce or gravy
