- 1/3 Cup Refined Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 Cup Oats Flour
- 3 Tbsp Cow Milk
- 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 4 No. Pistachio (Pista)
- 3 No. Cashewnut
- 3 No. Almond
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Butter, Salted
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
Method
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add butter and brown sugar and mix well.
Step 2
Then, add maida and oats flour and of mixed chopped nuts
Step 3
Add vanilla extract, and baking powder, salt and mix all the ingredients well
Step 4
To this, add milk, mix well and knead into a dough
Step 5
Roll the dough and shape them into equalsized balls
Step 6
Preheat the oven, grease a baking tray, and place the cookies in it
Step 7
Bake them at 180 degrees for 10 mins
Step 8
Remove from the oven and keep aside to cool
