  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

    Preparations

    In a heated pan, add sugar and add water as required and boil till one strand consistency is achieved

  • Step 3

    Add cashewnut powder and stir continuously till it separates from pan

  • Step 4

    Add green elaichi powder, ghee and mix well

  • Step 5

    Spread clean wrap on a flat surface and then transfer the prepared mixture on it

  • Step 6

    Roll to get desired thickness

  • Step 7

    Cut and serve
