- 3 Tbsp Curd
- 3 Tbsp Boiled Mashed Potato
- 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Sev
- 1/8 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
For Dates Imli Chutney
- 1 No. Dates
- 1 Tsp Tamarind Pulp
- 1/8 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
For Mint Coriander Chutney
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Mint (Pudina)
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- As Required Water

Boil and mash potatoes

Make mint coriander chutney
Step 3
Make dates imli chutney

Make hole in puris and add boiled mashed potato, curd, red chilly powder and dry mango powder
Step 2
Add the mint coriander chutney, dates imli chutney
Step 3
Garnish it with sev coriander leaves.
Step 4
Serve fresh
