  • 1 Tbsp Soya Granules
  • 1 Tbsp Bengal Gram (Chana) Whole
  • 1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Potato (Boiled Mashed)
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/8 Powder Tsp Red Chilly
  • 1/8 Tsp Coriander (Dhania) Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin (Jeera) Seeds
  • 1/8 Tsp Carom (Ajwain) Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water


Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak & boil chana

  • Step 2

    Soak soya granules & grind it

  • Step 1

    Take a mixing bowl, mix boiled potato, chana, soya granules, ginger garlic paste, haldi, jeera, chilli powder, dhania powder, ajwain, chaat masala and bread crumbs

  • Step 2

    Using your hand, mash and mix properly making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make cutlets of the desired shape and keep aside

  • Step 3

    Heat oil on a low flame in a frying pan and shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown

  • Step 4

    Serve hot
