Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Spinach (Palak) Chopped
  • 1/2Cup Potato (Boiled Mashed)
  • 3 Tbsp Curd
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin (Jeera) Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander (Dhania) Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Tsp Oil

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Put curd in a muslin cloth and remove excess water to make hung curd

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take a mixing bowl, add chopped spinach, boiled and mashed potato, salt, dhania powder, amchur, haldi, red chilli powder, jeera and curd

  • Step 2

    Mix properly with hand making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make kebabs and keep aside

  • Step 3

    Heat oil on a low flame in a frying pan and shallow fry the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown

  • Step 4

    Serve hot
