  • 1 No. Pizza Bread
  • 15 Gm Black Rice
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Corn
  • 1/8 Cup Julienne Red Capsicum
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Grated Garlic
  • 4 No. Basil Leaves
  • 1.5 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/8 Tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Butter

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak and cook black rice

  • Step 2

    Blanch sweet corn

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan and heat butter add grated garlic and cooked black rice and saute well

  • Step 2

    Add blanched sweet corn, julienne red capsicum, salt, mixed herbs, tomato ketchup and saute well

  • Step 3

    Place a pizza bread on the pan and spread pizza sauce, add prepared black rice mixture and grated mozzarella cheese

  • Step 4

    Heat a pan and add butter, place the pizza base on the pan and add chopped pineapple

  • Step 5

    Close the pan with a lid and cook the pizza

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
