For Cucumber Tomato Onion Salad
  • 1/4 Cup Tomato (Chopped)
  • 1/3 Cup Cucumber (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper(Powder)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, add chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves and give it a good mix

  • Step 2

    Refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve with meals
