This sandwich recipe is a perfect breakfast, all day, evening or mid morning sandwiches dish. The recipe goes perfectly with any juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 Slice Brown Wheat Bread(3")
  • 3 Tbsp Cottage Cheese(Grated)
  • 5 Tbsp Cabbage(Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Ginger(Grated)
  • 1/8 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a kadai, add oil, chopped cabbage, grated cottage cheese, grated ginger, salt and saute

  • Step 2

    Now add red chilly powder and mix

  • Step 3

    Apply on bread slices

  • Step 4

    Spread the prepared mixture on the bread

  • Step 5

    Grill sandwich on each sides making sure it turns golden brown

  • Step 6

    Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney
