- 3/4 Cup Green Cabbage (Julienne)
- 1/4 Cup Red Carrot (Grated)
- 1 Tbsp Peas (Boiled)
- 2 Tbsp Tomato (Chopped)
- 2 Tsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin (Jeera) Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard (Rai) Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
In a pan, add oil, rai, jeera, hing, chopped tomato, dry red chilli powder, haldi, dhania powder, salt and saute well
Add julienne cabbage, chopped coriander leaves, grated carrot, boiled peas and mix well
Serve with chapati
