Ingredients

  • 75 Gm Chicken
  • 1 No. Whole Egg
  • 4 No. Garlic
  • 4 No. Ginger Slices
  • 2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • 1.5 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a mixer, add chicken, chopped green chilli, garlic cloves, ginger slices, garam masala, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, salt, ghee, lemon juice, bread crumb, whole egg and chopped coriander

  • Step 2

    Blend all the ingredients well and form 4 round and flat uniform tikkis

  • Step 3

    Once the tikki are made, heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides

  • Step 4

    Remove any excess oil and serve hot with sauce
