  • 1 Cup Chopped Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar Powder
  • 1/8 Cup Cow Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Walnut
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/8 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tbsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add powdered sugar, oil and whisk well

  • Step 2

    Add vanilla essence, wheat flour, chopped walnuts, baking soda, baking powder and mix well

  • Step 3

    Add chopped banana, chocolate chips, mix well, add milk and mix & fold the batter

  • Step 4

    Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 mins

  • Step 5

    Pour the batter into mould and bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 mins
