Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Grated Beet Root
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Almond
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Khoa
  • 1 Tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a kadhai, heat ghee, grated beetroot, saute to evaporate the excess water

  • Step 2

    Add khoa and add powder sugar and mix well till khoa melts and sugar is dissolved

  • Step 3

    Now add chopped almonds and mix well

  • Step 4

    Serve hot
