This gluten free barfi recipe is sure to stimulate your tastebuds. The sweet recipe provides a boost of calcium and protein to your daily meals.

Ingredients

  • 10 Tbsp Khoa
  • 2 Tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Pista
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take a pan and heat it and add khoa, sugar and mix well

  • Step 2

    Stir until the sugar melts completely

  • Step 3

    Add vanilla essence, green elaichi powder and cocoa powder

  • Step 4

    Stir well for 23 mins

  • Step 5

    Take an aluminum tin and grease it with ghee

  • Step 6

    Pour mixture into tin and add chopped pista

  • Step 7

    Let it set for some time and then cut it into pieces
