  • 3 Tbsp Chopped Potato
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Ivy Gourd (Tendli)
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, heat oil, jeera and allow it to crackle

  • Step 2

    Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, haldi, and saute well

  • Step 3

    Add diced tindli, potatoes, and a little water and mix well

  • Step 4

    Now add red chilly powder, salt and give it a mix well

  • Step 5

    Serve hot with rotis
