Ingredients

For Muthiya
  • 3 Tbsp Oats Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Semolina
  • 2 Tbsp Red Carrot(Grated)
  • 2 Tsp Curd
  • 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Sesame Seed
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil
For Manchurian
  • 2 Tbsp Red Capsicum(Julienne)
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Capsicum(Chopped )
  • 1 Tbsp Spring Onion(Chopped)
  • 2 Tsp Corn Flour
  • 2 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Mix corn flour and water and make a paste

For Muthiya
  • Step 1

    In a vessel, add oats flour, semolina, grated carrot, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, salt, lemon juice, black sesame seeds, curd and mix it well

  • Step 2

    Roll it into an oblong shape

  • Step 3

    Heat oil for frying and deep fry the balls. Keep it aside

For Manchurian
  • Step 1

    Heat butter, add chopped spring onion, chopped yellow capsicum, red capsicum, saute them well

  • Step 2

    Add soya sauce, red chilly sauce and mix it well

  • Step 3

    Add water, corn flour paste, salt and cook

  • Step 4

    Add the fried muthiyas

  • Step 5

    Cook for 2 min

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
