  • 1/2 Cup Soya Chunks
  • 1/3 Cup Curd
  • 2 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds (Dhania)
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

  • Step 1

    Soak soya chunks

    In a pan add oil, chopped garlic, dhania seeds, chopped onion, salt, red chilly powder, haldi, dhania powder, grated ginger, garam masala and saute well

  • Step 2

    Add soaked soya chunks, curd, besan and water & let it simmer

  • Step 3

    Add chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 4

    Serve hot
