Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Colocasia Root(Boiled Chopped)
  • 1/8 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat oil on a low flame in a frying pan and add cumin seeds. Allow it to crackle

  • Step 2

    Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and dry mango powder

  • Step 3

    Mix and add boiled chopped colocasia

  • Step 4

    Making sure the colocasia is evenly coated with the masalas, add salt and stir fry for a minute

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
