For Vegetable Gravy
- 2 Florets Broccoli
- 2 Tbsp Red Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Spring Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Tsp Corn Flour
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic (Chopped)
- 1/4 Tsp Ginger (Grated)
- 1/4 Tsp Vinegar, distilled
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
For Egg Burnt Garlic Fried Rice
- 1 Egg Raw Egg
- 2 Tbsp Rice
- 1 Tbsp Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Green Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Spring Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Red Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Garlic (Chopped)
- 1/4 Tsp Vinegar, distilled
- 1/8 Powder Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice and keep aside
Step 2
Make corn flour slurry
For Fried Rice
Step 1
Heat a pan and put oil, add chopped garlic, onion, spring onion, capsicum, red capsicum, salt and saute them well
Step 2
Crack 1 egg and stir till it gets scrambled, add cooked rice to it and mix it well
Step 3
Crush black pepper, add vinegar and stir it
For Vegetable Gravy
Step 1
In a kadai, heat oil and add chopped spring onion, broccoli florets, chopped red capsicum and saute it well
Step 2
Add vinegar, soya sauce and water to it and mix well
Step 3
Add salt, corn flour slurry and stir it continuously
Step 4
Add chopped garlic, grated ginger and stir it well
Step 5
Serve it hot with egg fried rice
