Ingredients

  • 1 No. Pizza Bread
  • 1/8 Cup Diced Red Capsicum
  • 1/8 Cup Diced Yellow Capsicum
  • 1/8 Cup Diced Green Capsicum
  • 2.5 Tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take a pizza base, spread pizza sauce and mayonnaise evenly across the pizza base

  • Step 2

    Top it with diced red capsicum, diced yellow capsicum, diced green capsicum, chopped tomato, chopped onion and boiled sweet corn

  • Step 3

    Grate cheese on top and bake for 15 min at 200 degrees celsius

  • Step 4

    Garnish with red chilli flakes & oregano

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
