  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Blanch palak, add water & make puree

Preparation

    Heat a kadai, add oil, chopped garlic, mushroom and saute it well

  • Step 2

    Add green chilli paste, garam masala, jeera powder and mix it well

  • Step 3

    Add black pepper powder, haldi, salt and the palak puree

  • Step 4

    Mix it well

    Serve it hot
