Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Sorghum Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/8 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger(Grated)
  • 1/2 Stick Cinnamon
  • 2 No. Cloves
  • 4 No. Curry Leaves
  • 1 No. Red Chilly
  • 1/8 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Clarified Butter
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add coconut milk, sorghum flour and mix well

  • Step 2

    Add grated ginger, salt, lemon juice, water and whisk the mixture till smooth

  • Step 3

    In a kadhai, heat clarified butter

  • Step 4

    Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, fenugreek seeds, red chilly, curry leaves and saute well

  • Step 5

    Add the coconut milk mixture, stir well and cook

  • Step 6

    Serve hot with rice
