  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl bajra flour, methi leaves, wheat flour, chopped green chilly, chopped garlic, haldi, hing, salt and add water

  • Step 2

    Knead into a dough and roll out

  • Step 3

    Roast on both sides and add ghee
