  • 1 Cup Chopped Spinach(Palak)
  • 1/2 Cup Curd
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • As Required Water

    Blanch and puree chopped spinach

    Take curd in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth

    Once the curd is smooth add cumin powder, chaat masala and salt

    Blend very well with a spoon and slowly fold in pureed spinach
