  • 1/4 Cup Curd
  • 2 Tsp Grated Beet Root
  • 1 Tbsp Diced Orange
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Mint (Pudina)
  • 1/8 Tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
  • 1/8 Tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Salt

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, take curd, add grated beetroot, chopped pudina, jeera powder, black salt, diced orange and mix well

  • Step 2

    Garnish with saunf

  • Step 3

    Chill and serve
