Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Brinjal
  • 1 Tbsp Onion(Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato(Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seed Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Roast and mash brinjal and keep aside

  • Step 2

    In a kadhai, add oil in a pan, cumin seeds and allow it to crackle

  • Step 3

    Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander seed powder, salt and mashed brinjal. Mix well

  • Step 4

    Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 5

    Serve hot. Enjoy
