Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dill leaves(chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Bengal Gram Dal
  • 2 tsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 1/8 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Olive Oil
  • As Required Water
  • 2 Tsp White Til

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak and pressure cook bengal gram dal overnight with salt

Preparation

    In a grinding jar take cooked bengal gram dal, chopped garlic, chopped dill leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and water

  • Step 2

    Blend till a smooth consistency is obtained. Spread it evenly on a platter

  • Step 3

    Garnish with olive oil and red chilli powder

  • Step 4

    Serve cold or room temperature
