Cheese Paratha is a vegetarian and jain bread that is typically eaten as main course. This is a perfect paratha idea for toddlers. It can be had with chutney.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tsp Grated Cheese
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1.5 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • As Required Water

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add wheat flour, cheese, black pepper powder and water as required, knead a dough

  • Step 2

    Roll into paratha, heat a griddle, and grease with ghee

  • Step 3

    Roast the paratha on both sides until cooked well

  • Step 4

    Serve with raita
