  • 1/2 Cup Diced Brinjal
  • 1/2 Cup Curd
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a kadhai add oil, jeera, saunf, hing, curd, haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder, salt, sugar, chopped brinjal and mix well

  • Step 2

    Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi

  • Step 3

    Cover it with a lid and cook

  • Step 4

    Serve hot with roti
