  • 2 Tbsp Orange Carrot (Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp French Beans (Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Spring Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Green Capsicum (Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Green Chilli (Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Ginger (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Vinegar, Distilled
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • As Required Water

    Cook rice

    Take a thick bottom pot and heat 2 tsp oil

  • Step 2

    Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped carrot, chopped french beans, chopped green capsicum, chopped green chillies and mix well

  • Step 3

    Then add salt, soya sauce, vinegar and saute well

  • Step 4

    Add the cooked rice to the veggies and mix all the ingredients well

  • Step 5

    Once mixed, add chopped spring onion, black pepper powder, boiled shredded chicken and mix again

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
