  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

    Boil Raw Egg

    Take a kadhai and heat oil

  • Step 2

    Add jeera, rai and onion. Saute till golden brown

  • Step 3

    To this mixture, add ginger garlic paste, tomato, red chilli powder and haldi, mix well

  • Step 4

    Add water as required, cover and cook on low flame till the raw smell goes off

  • Step 5

    Add the preboiled egg in the mixture

  • Step 6

    Add salt, coriander leaves and mix well

  • Step 7

    Serve hot
