  • 1 Chopped Tbsp Onion, big
  • 1 Chopped Tbsp Tomato
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Number Red Chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Jeera
  • 1/2 Tsp Haldi
  • 1/4 Tsp Hing
  • 1/8 Powder Tsp Red Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ghee
  • As Required Water

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Pressure cook tur dal with haldi and salt

    In a pan, add ghee, add jeera, hing, dry red chilly, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, chopped onion, chopped tomato and haldi

    Saute it well and add this tempering to dal

  • Step 3

    Serve it hot along with rice
