Ingredients

  • 8 Cubes Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
  • 1 Tbsp Cream
  • 1 Cup Spinach (Palak) Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Onion (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin (Jeera) Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Blanch chopped palak and blend into puree

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add jeera, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala and saute well

  • Step 2

    Now add paneer cubes, prepared palak puree and cream

  • Step 3

    Mix well, cover and cook properly

  • Step 4

    Serve hot with paratha or rice
