  • 3/4 Cup Grated Cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped Yellow Capsicum
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped Red Capsicum
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 4 Tsp Chopped Red Carrot
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Peas
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat kadhai, add oil, jeera, chopped onion, saute until golden brown

  • Step 2

    Then add chopped tomato and saute well

  • Step 3

    Now add red chilly powder, chopped yellow capsicum, chopped red capsicum, chopped carrot, peas, salt, grated cauliflower, mixneverything well

  • Step 4

    Add garam masala, lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves & mix well

  • Step 5

    Allow to cook for 5 minutes on medium flame and serve
