- 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- 2 Tsp Chopped Green Capsicum
- 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Oil
In a pan, heat oil
Add cumin, chopped onion and saute well
Add chopped tomato, salt, red chilly powder, capsicum and saute well
Add paneer cubes and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
