  • 1/4 Cup Boiled Diced Potato
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Cauliflower
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Coriander (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
  • 1/8 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water


Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil potatoes

  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a kadai, add jeera, chopped onions, tomato, ginger garlic paste, dry red chilly powder, haldi, garam masala, dhania powder, salt and saute them well

  • Step 2

    Then add sugar, cauliflower, water as required & simmer till the cauliflower is cooked

  • Step 3

    Then add boiled potato and garnish with coriander leaves

  • Step 4

    Serve hot with chapati
