  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

Method

For Soaking
  • Step 1

    Soak tur dal for 30 min

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pressure cooker, add soaked tur dal, salt, haldi and water as required

  • Step 2

    Add chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 3

    Pressure cook for 3 whistles

  • Step 4

    Serve hot
