Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp Curd
  • 1.5 Tbsp Grated Beet Root
  • 1.5 Tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seed Powder (Jeera)
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil sweet corn and keep aside

For Raita
  • Step 1

    Take a mixing bowl and add boiled sweet corn, grated beetroot, curd, jeera powder, salt and chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 2

    Blend very well with a spoon

  • Step 3

    Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, transfer to a serving bowl

  • Step 4

    Serve cold
