Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Carrot
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a kadhai, add oil and onion and saute well

  • Step 2

    Add chopped carrot, chopped tomato and saute

  • Step 3

    Add each of dhania powder, haldi, garam masala, salt and red chilly powder

  • Step 4

    Mix all the ingredients together and cook well

  • Step 5

    Serve with chapati
