Tendli bhaji quintessential Indian Sabji, but favorite across the country. It is a Savoury and delicious recipe. Kundru Sabji flavorful vegetarian, jain and vegan recipe can be had as a dinner and lunch main course dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Ivy Gourd (Tendli)
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat a kadhai, add oil, jeera and allow it to crackle

  • Step 2

    Then add dhania powder, red chilly powder, haldi, salt and saute it

  • Step 3

    Add chopped tendli and saute properly on a low flame

  • Step 4

    Add water and let it cook

  • Step 5

    Cover and cook for a while

  • Step 6

    Add amchur and mix well

  • Step 7

    Turn off the flame and serve with chapati or rice
