- 1/2 Cup Chopped Ivy Gourd (Tendli)
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Heat a kadhai, add oil, jeera and allow it to crackle
Then add dhania powder, red chilly powder, haldi, salt and saute it
Add chopped tendli and saute properly on a low flame
Add water and let it cook
Cover and cook for a while
Add amchur and mix well
Turn off the flame and serve with chapati or rice
